• How can I search for a participant if I only have their User ID?

1. Click on the search bar a popup will appear where you can select either the user ID or EDC ID. Once selected click apply and enter your search value in the search bar.

• How can I check a participant’s questionnaire progress?

1. Access the participant’s profile and select the questionnaire tab under the ‘Study Management’ section. 
2. Locate your desired questionnaire and click on the 3 dots located on the far right and select ‘Make an Entry’ 

• What if a participant does not complete the questionnaire within the allotted time? 

1. Participants have two weeks to complete each questionnaire but if they find that they have missed one, the call center should be able to complete the questionnaire over the phone. 

• If a participant starts a questionnaire and does not finish it, can they go back to it later?

1. Questionnaires only disappear from the homepage after they have completed it. A participant is free to complete it at any point within 2 weeks after the questionnaire first launched.

• How do I view the privacy policy?

• What if a potential participant already has a Health Storylines account?

1. Please use an alternative email address to make an account for the new study you wish to participate in.

•  Why can’t I see all the participants?

1. You may have a filter on. Remove your filters from the participants list or the Active Alert tab.

• What if a participant no longer wishes to participate?

1. Fill out the discontinuation survey?
