In this tab, data queries, which act as notes created by admin personnel to let another study administrator (such as a clinician) check a specific survey or other component of a specific patient.
For instance, if a participant’s response to a survey as part of a study may disqualify them needs to be checked again to ensure that the participant is still eligible for the study, a Data Query can be created which will eventually need to be checked and cleared.
Each query notes where the query is - specifically. which participant has answered a survey potentially incorrectly or in a manner requiring further attention. In the screenshot below, the participant is Shaz Naz. You can also see where the query is within that patient’s survey profile.
In this case, the baseline assessment needs to be checked, on the Date of Birth question, because the date inputted may mean the participant is too young to participant in the study.
